Foundation, crawl space, and water problems — diagnosed before they're sold.
Mid-South clay swells when it's wet and shrinks when it's dry, and your house feels every inch of it. We measure elevations, find where the water is going, and give you a written scope. If the house doesn't need structural repair, we say so.
- Free, no-pressure evaluation
- Documented elevation readings
- Available transferable warranty
- We work with your structural engineer
One contractor for the structure, the crawl space, and the water.
Most foundation problems in this region are water problems that were left alone long enough to become structural. We handle both ends of that chain.

Why houses move in the Mid-South
Much of the region sits on wind-deposited loess over expansive clay. Loess holds its shape until it gets saturated, then it collapses. Clay does the opposite — it swells with moisture and pulls away as it dries.
Add a wet spring, a drought in August, mature trees drinking from under the slab, and gutters that dump against the wall, and the soil under one corner of the house behaves nothing like the soil under another.
That's why the fix starts with measurement, not a sales pitch. Elevation readings and moisture data show where the movement actually is.
